Comp Team Full-time
In the fall, the Comp Team shifts back to our school year training schedule which typically includes Power Camp before school on Tuesday and Friday mornings (6:45am-8:00am), a ride to school is available afterwards.
After school practices take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and weekend morning practices on Saturday or Sunday. The schedule varies somewhat depending on the training intention of the week (i.e. less sessions during a recovery week), or if there is additional time off from school.
The fall session will run from August 26 - November 2. We anticipate 19 Power Camp sessions and 40+ run, bound or rollerski sessions available in this period.
***There will be a break from afterschool practices September 6-14 and the weekend of October 4-5. No Power Camp on September 9th. OYO training guidance will be available for these dates.

Comp Team Part-time
Part time training with the Comp Team is designed for skiers who are competing in a fall sport and looking to maintain both strength training (aka Power Camp) and some ski training through the fall season. Skiers can opt for 1-2 Power Camp sessions each week and 1-2 dryland ski training sessions (the program fee is based on an average of 3 sessions per week during the fall). This sessions are typically held in conjunction with the full-time fall training schedule, although the training plan may be adjusted depending on the needs of the athletes.
The full-time fall schedule has after school practices on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and weekend morning practices on Saturday or Sunday. Power camp takes place Tuesday and Friday mornings (6:45am-8:00am), a ride to school is available afterwards.

Power Camp only
This is the option for individuals looking to continue with strength training (aka Power Camp) during September and October. Power Camp is held on Tuesday and Friday mornings before school from 6:45-8 AM.
The Fall session runs from August 26 - October 31. We anticipate 19 sessions of Power Camp being offered during this 10 week period. No Power Camp on September 9th.
